S: I really need your help Miss Teresa. I want to look like a beautiful girl, but when I get all dressed up, and look in the mirror, I look like a man wearing a dress!
: But you are a man wearing a dress!
S: That's just it, I don't want to be.
: You know not everyone can look like a fashion model, have you ever watched those TV shows? They're brutal.
S: But I want long, silky hair, and huge breasts, and lips like Angelina Jolie.
: There are some things you can change, and some things you really can't. First of all, huge breasts are not as much fun as you might think. Its hard to find the perfect bra, and they bounce around when you jog. Do you really want that?
S: Oh God Yes!
: Well, you can always buy breast forms, and pretty wigs, and learn how to do your makeup. The main thing is that you FEEL pretty! How do you feel when you are wearing your favorite outfit, do you feel good?
S: I do, until I look in the mirror. I have an image of myself in my mind, and when I see how different I look it really depresses me.
: I don't know how far you want to take this, but you could always get expensive plastic surgery, and after 7 or 8 operations I'm sure you'd look different. But that won't change who you are inside, and we're talking thousands of dollars and permanent changes.
S: I don't want to do that, I just want to look more like a real woman.
: Have you considered one of those transformation salons, like Femme Fever? They help you with clothes, hair, makeup, and even take pictures of you looking your best. There are many of them around, and I'm sure you could find one close to you.
S: Can you help me find one?
: Sure, are you willing to travel a bit if necessary?
S: Well, lets see how far. I live in New Jersey.
